Film Emporium works with theaters, concert promoters, touring productions, festivals, corporate events, awards ceremonies and other live-performance organizers to help identify insurance options for productions and events. Coverage may be available for theatrical productions, concerts, dance and opera performances, touring shows, staged broadcasts and other live events, subject to program eligibility and underwriting review.

Depending on the production and selected program, insurance options may include event or production liability as well as coverage for equipment such as lighting, audio, staging and LED video walls.

To help us identify appropriate options, tell us about the organizer, venue, event dates, expected audience size, activities, equipment and any insurance requirements contained in your contracts. If the production is touring or being broadcast, include those details as well. International dates and specialized activities such as pyrotechnics, aerial work, rigging or audience participation should be disclosed in advance, as they may require additional underwriting review or specific terms.
